Greenbelt, MD — Commercial motorcar inspectors throughout North America will conduct brake system inspections – introduced and unannounced – Aug. 25-31 through the Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance’s annual Brake Safety Week.
The inspectors are anticipated to place particular emphasis on brake linings and pads.
Last yr’s occasion had almost 19,000 inspections and recognized virtually 2,400 autos with out-of-service circumstances.
Brake Safety Week is a part of Brake Safety Awareness Month.
