Washington — OSHA is looking for nominations for membership on its National Advisory Committee on Occupational Safety and Health.
The nominations are for one public, one labor and one administration consultant, together with one occupational security skilled.
Committee members are chosen primarily based on their expertise, information and competence within the area of occupational security and well being. They serve two-year phrases.
The 12-member committee advises, consults with and makes suggestions to the secretaries of Labor and Health and Human Services associated to the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970.
Nominations are due Aug. 16.
