Orlando, FL — The National Safety Council, throughout the 2024 NSC Safety Congress & Expo, honored 14 skilled drivers who’ve helped make roads and communities safer.
This 12 months’s recipients of the Joseph M. Kaplan Safe Driver of the Year Award had been acknowledged for an exemplary whole driving document, together with miles and years pushed with no preventable crash:

“While a lot has changed in the 60 years since NSC launched our first-of-its-kind defensive driving course, the heart of the program remains the same – to save lives on our roads,” NSC President and CEO Lorraine M. Martin mentioned. “Leaders just like the 2024 DDC Award recipients set the usual for instructing and exercising security on the highway. Thanks to them,
we’re making our roadways safer for everybody.”
The recipients had been acknowledged throughout the Opening Session on Monday and as a part of Tuesday’s National Awards Celebration.
